I need a pipe attached to a box on inner side having common interface of pipe and box surface.Its about Ansys DM software and nothing to do with fluid solver. As I am only creating geometry. I am using Ansys 14.5------------------Deependra

Thank you rainer for your reply.Actually I want to fit a pipe inside a box on a surface, and then want to select imprinted face of this pipe on box surface as inlet. I am working ansys design modeler, it has nothing to do with other software.Currently I created a box and then attached a pipe inside box by sketching circle and then add material but in this case it does not give me imprinted face on box surface and creates two bodies. When i go for meshing it meshes only box not pipe. I used cut material or ...
