Dear Wolfgang.I think you are right in your approach, but even though the task is very complex - seen from PSP. It is an everyday, very simple scenario from a User point of view.Right now we are maintaining our partslists in Excel Sheets. The sample task takes less than 10 minutes using Excel. Using PSP, it will take considerable longer time. I think it will be difficult to convince the organization that this is a complex and time consuming task.
