die Einheiten passen doch, vorn steht in der Formel doch 360deg / 60s und das würde sich mit dem 1s aus dem KinTime kürzen, dann wären es wieder deg und das is für den winkel der dahintersteht richtig.mfg

Hallo,Ohne Hochkommata erreicht man dies nur bei der Wahl: keine Umlaute, keine Sonderzeichen, keine Leerzeichen etc. Ich schätze mal der Backslash im Parameternamen stört Catia.Liebe GrüßePeter

Hallo Vagabvnd86,willkommen bei cad.de!Die Formel ist nicht einheitenkonsistent:es muss sinngemäß so heißen, wenn der Befehl ein e Winkeländerung ist:befehl = KINTime/1s*36deg------------------GrußMörchen

Du hast recht, ich hab mich verguckt. Wie ist denn die Fehlermeldung? Die Hochkommata braucht CATIA, löschen nutzt da nix. Manchmal írrt sich auch die Katja, versuche doch mal, den Parameter KinTime neu eunzufügen.------------------GrußMörchen

Fehlermeldung ansich gibts keine, aber der Mechanismus bewegt sich halt nicht.Hab grad den Mechanismus umbenannt und die Formel nocheinmal eingetippt und wie von Zauberhand gehts auf einmal.Danke für die Mühen.MfG

Hallo Leute, ich bin Neuling in CATIA und suche nach einer Möglichkeit mit einer 3-Achsenfräse mit zusätzlicher 4.Achse (Drehachse) einen Bajonett-Verschluss in Rundmaterial zu fräsen.Ich kann immer nur eine Werkstückseite nach der anderen bearbeiten, aber in diesem Fall müßte ein Fräsjob abgearbeitet werden und die 4.Achse sich gleichzeitig drehen. Geht das mit CATIA V5?Bitte helft mir.LGChristine

Hallo,ich bin mir relativ sicher, das das mit CATIA V5 geht.Meiner Meinung nach sollte es aber auch schon auf einer 3-Achsen-Fräsmaschine möglich sein, einen Bajonettverschluss zu fräsen.Evtl. wäre es gut, wenn Du mal ein Bild anhängen könntest.GrußMartin

Hallo nochmal,noch ein Nachtrag:- Du kannst selbstverständlich auch mit dem Fräser Ø8 arbeiten. (aber Vorsicht bei den An- und Abfahrbewegungen!)- Du kannst auch eine Offsetfläche im CATIA konstruieren und dann auf dieser fräsen. (Gut wenn Du z.B. noch Elektroden brauchst; schlecht, falls der Offset Probleme macht...)GrußMartin
