MegaCAD : simulating milling of semi-cylinder

Hello,Im trying to mill a half cylinder out in Mega-CAD 2009, Ive drawn it, revolved it, created the raw material etc. When I create the NC code an Simulate it, its doesnt seem to see the semi-circle, it simulats the cutting of two flat sides tpaered at an angle and a flat base.if tried a number of differnt tools and also tried using the finishing z constant command but with no luck. Any suggestion or help would be much appreciated. ThanksClive

Yes My German is not the best, so heres the problem in English,I had used the perpendicular extrusion command without problem for a couple of days. However when I imported a basic file and tried to use the command, it would not recognize the the drawing, so when I tried to snap to it, a pop-up menu displayed NO Entity Near Cursor I closed this, opened a new drawing page, I drew a rectangle as a base to extrude, and now I having the same prob with this, it does not seem to be able to see the rectangle.
