Mir wäre es neu, dass Windows diesen Wert intern speichrt, kann aber sein dass dieser irgendwo in der Registry abgelegt ist und wenn ja dann bestimmt in HEX-Form. Wir haben ein kleine Funktion die einen Absturz in CAD vorbeugt, diese ist sehr stark an diese Funktion angelehnt. Vielleicht hilft es dir weiter. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre es pber den reservierten Speicher der einzelnen Hardwarekomponenten den Gesamtspeicher hochkalkulierst, das ist aber nur so eine Schnapsidee. ------------------ ...

Schreib mal deine Hardware Konfiguration mal hin. Motherboard, Bios-Version, manuelle IRQ Verteilung,Interrupt-Sharing, etc. Es kann einfach sein das sich da ein paar Geräte gegenseitig die Konfiguration versauen. ------------------ Lisp?!?! Also ich habe bereits mehrere Geräte in der Vergangenheit (Drucker, Scanner, Palms) unter NT SP6 mit USB zum laufen gebracht. z.B. Link 1 Link 2 ist zwar etwas riskant da inoffiziel aber solange es tut und nicht kostenpflichtig ist, wen juckt es. ------------------ Lisp?!?! und wenn du den Explorer.Exe aka WindowsHimSelf nicht aus dem Startmenü startest ? z.B. mit Windowstaste + E oder Rechtsklick auf Startknopf ... ist da vielleicht die Lösung ? Ansonsten würde ich ein SP drüberlaufen lassen, da keine genauere Fehlerbeschreibung / Quelle mir vorhanden ist. ------------------ Lisp?!?! Wo wird der Dll-Prozess gestartet (server/ client ) = Auslastung ? Ist der Plattenduchsatz hoch ? (RAID hoffe ich) Netzanbindug auslastung... usw usw... da könnte ein Engpass sein. Ansonsten ist die Überprüfung der Rechte eher eine Sache vom millisekunden ausser das Programm (dll) startet viele Zusatzfunktionen. ------------------ Lisp?!?!
