SmarTeam : Problem with CATIA document checked-in by Web Editor

Dear List Members, Once more please forgive me for writing in English. I have a problem with CATIA documents (Part) checked-in by Web Editor. This operation seems to be performed OK, but when I try to access this document (in order to check-out or even view it), I obtain message: Error No: 00571 Internal operation code GET FAILED on the vault server. Dear List Members,Please apologize me for writing in English.Can you indicate me the tool for converting VRML (or Catia Part file) into *.s3d format required by 3D module of eM-Plant?My question concerns eM-Plant 7.5. The tool on the CD (Crossroads) doesnt have an option for converting into *.s3d.Regards,Jack (Poland)
