@U_Suess Sorry SPR heißt Software Performance Report oder zu deutsch Fehlerbehebungsbericht. siehe auch http://www.ptc.com/support/support.htm Um einen Fehler zu melden macht man einen Call auf. Erkennt PTC die geschilderte (Fehl)Funktion als Fehler an, wird daraus ein SPR Dann gibt es noch TAN (Technical Application Note). Hier findet man Workarrounds für bekannte Probleme und Fehler, solange diese noch nicht in der Software behoben sind. Als Drittes dann noch TPI (Technical Point of Interest). Tipps ...
